Discernment or emotions. What leads you?

Understanding the difference between discernment and being led by emotion. The gift of discernment is the Spirit’s special defense against the lies that come from deceiving Spirits. Which means every word about God or that supposedly comes from God must be carefully tested and examined in light of the word.

One of the keys to increasing the discernment in your walk is the fear of the Lord. I’m not referencing a demented fear or emotional fear as some may perceive. Rather a Reverential fear of God. Psalm 111:10 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!”

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, with wisdom comes understanding which gives room for the application of the revelation that God is allowing you to discern.  Proverbs 3:13 “Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding,”

Seeking the fathers heart gives you access to Gods wisdom which gives you a greater discernment. The more you seek God, the more you grow and growth brings maturity that gives insight to the season in your walk. Hebrews 5:14 “But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.”

"The Senses of God"

"The senses of God"

The enemy has done a really good job desensitizing a generation to accept ungodly systems and patterns. The same way a shot of novocaine desensitizes you to the pain of having a cavity drilled by your dentist, and lots of spicy food can desensitize you to more subtle flavors. In both cases, you become less perceptive, or less affected by a sensation or taste.
Nowadays its not uncommon to witness homosexual relationships on the streets or on television you'll even to see acts of violence & fear. We have come to a point where this is considered to be the norm. Now if we look a little deeper we can see even a desensitization in the church where we witness miracles of God seeing His love and power demonstrated to the lost and wounded, but yet many people will sit in their chairs reading Facebook statuses and viewing Instagram pics while God is right there in front of them. This is called "FAMILIARITY" and familiarity leads to a loss of respect for one another.
Matthew 13:55,57: [The familiarity of Jesus' Own family and neighbors caused them not to take Him seriously:] Is not this the carpenter's son? 57 And they were offended in Him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house. See Mark 6:3

John 6:42,43: And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, Whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He saith, I came down from Heaven? 43 Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves.
John 7:3-5: [Jesus' Own brothers mocked Him.] His brethren therefore said unto Him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that Thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest…. If Thou do these things, shew Thyself to the world. 5 For neither did His brethren believe in Him.
Familiarity often comes from seeing someone or situations with the eyes of the flesh (carnal thinking) instead of the spirit.

Romans 8:5-7: For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity [deep-seated hatred] against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

1 Corinthians 2:14: But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

You see when the King walks in the room how will we respond?
God wants to increase your spiritual senses to bring us a greater understanding & awareness of His spirit. Galatians 5:16,17 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

Do not allow yourself to become desensitized to the things of God instead begin to declare and decree the increase of your senses to be able to sensitize a generation with Gods glory and love. Gods glory is the norm. - Pete G ‪#‎runwithrevival‬ ‪#‎radioairJesus‬  www.runwithrevival.com

This Ship Will Sail Again

Your Ship Will Sail Again

I am so excited for what God is doing in the Body of Christ at this very moment. I know and believe that what I am about to share with you is so important for the Body right now. God is currently building and restoring much in each and every one of us. He is building us so that we can help to build others up. Which brings me to share with you what I saw on May 7, 2016.

I was driving yesterday in a parking lot of a grocery store that I have driven by many times before. However, this time I was smack dab in front of a boat as I was leaving. It suddenly caught my attention and I had to stop to look at it. It was a white boat that someone had abandoned and left in what looked like a junk yard enclosed behind a fence. As I looked at it, the whole left side was broken, beat up, and in shambles. As I looked across it, I saw in black bold letters that it said "Spirit of 78."

The right of the boat looked ok - as if nothing was wrong with it. It looked great. Inside I immediately began to feel the Holy Spirit send a refreshing over my spirit . All at once an excitement came into my heart. I didn't understand what it meant at the time. I just knew the Lord was speaking through this abandoned boat.

On May 8, 2016 as I was in my private worship, I began to see the ship in my spirit again. I began to see that the ship represented people. I began to see how God was taking all the broken pieces of them being abandoned, broken, rejected and beaten. He was beginning to restore them to look as if nothing had ever wrecked their ship. The enemy is not going to win being able to shut their ministries off and become abandoned behind a fence. Instead, God is going to rebuild and restore it in this Jubilee year of restoration.

The boat said "Spirit of 78." Seven is completion, and eight is the number of new beginnings. The Holy Spirit is now going to cause a completion and end to all the broken pieces in your life and rebuild you and give you a new beginning. The month is May which is the 5th month. Five means grace. The "Grace" of God is upon you. I am telling you that a new beginning of restoration is now here, and your ship will sail again.

Every Scheme of the enemy to keep your mouth shut and which has tried to cause you to abandon your ship - your ministry - has failed and you are starting to take flight once again. His refreshing winds are now beginning to blow over your soul and take you to places you never thought you would go to. Lets begin to sail in our ships today and don't look back any longer. Lets get caught up in the winds again!!!!

The Winds are subject to divine power.
Psalms 18:10
He mounted the cherubim and flew; he soared on the wings of the wind.

Psalms 135:7
He makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth; he sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses. - Alice G #runwithrevival #radioairjesus

Dam those beavers

Dam those Beavers
While in Birmingham I was driving one day and saw a Beaver pop it's head up from a ditch I was driving by. At the time I didn't realize how much that would mean for the very season we were in.
The enemy will sometimes send beavers to build walls up to cause the river to stop flowing. He will use people in your life to build the walls sometimes out of offense or hurt. Even in ministry you can see the walls being built at times and you begin to feel the river go stagnant.
As I began seeing these things around me I began to get strategy in this area. The walls only get built if you allow them to. You sometimes will build walls up helping and agreeing with the beavers in your life. You begin to think that the walls that are built create a safe place. That is deception because the walls get built so much that sometimes turns into stepping into religion of judgement and things having to look a certain way. Your own thoughts and your own expectations of people and how it's suppose to look. I am telling you God never intended us to have walls up in our ministry or in our heart.
It is the opposite than what you think it is.
It causes the rivers in your self to stop flowing in your belly. Then attacks your ministry. We have to be fully aware of the schemes of the enemy.
We have to ask the Lord to began to break down the walls in our hearts and stripe off our own thoughts of how we think something is suppose to look like. We have to remain in the presence of the Lord and not grieve the Holy Spirit in any way. The Lord will begin to show you the walls that need to come down in order for the river to flow again. No agendas of man but pure of heart and spirit being free to flow through you and then overflow out of your ministry. We are called to be builders to build up one another but never build walls from our brothers and sisters. That's Kingdom!!! Those walls you think your safe behind
Only cause you to feel alone and is a set up of the enemy to isolate you from everything that is the nature of Christ to be apart of a body and the river that is constantly flowing.
We sometimes try to battle things we were never meant to battle but give to God. We can't change people but Holy Spirit can. That's why intercession and prayer are a must this season.
You must be led of the spirit of the Lord in everything you do. There is wisdom Holy Spirit is trying to hand to us this season but we have to humble ourselves to receive it. Humility is the key to move in power and might this season.
The anointing is drawn from the Holy Spirit. The oils fall from the hand of God that flow to the river. That's why we must not grieve the Holy Spirit. We have to stand upright in our armor like Kings and priests and not deviate from what God has already spoken to each and every one of us.
We sing songs sometimes in church and really don't really allow our spirit man to embrace what your singing sometimes. We are no longer slaves we say but still allow the enemy to use us against one another.

Unity is a must but some how we have the hardest time moving in it. Unity comes by the spirit of the Lord with one thing in mind which is the Kingdom of God and how will every decision you make causes an effect to the Kingdom. Kings always think first about the people and how the decisions that are being made will affect
Them. Everything we do affect and bring change, impact and transformation to the Kingdom of God. That's why we have to be so sensitive to the Holy Spirit that we make decisions based out of the heart of the Father and not our own agendas.

Walking on the waters

"Walking on the waters." There is an invitation for you today to walk on the waters of your situation and storms. Jesus said to Peter "Come" He's calling you to keep your eyes fixed on Him. Don't look left to right nor at the storm at hand but to trust in HIM in all things. It's your act of obedience and the willingness of your heart that moves the face and Hand of God.

So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” Matthew 14:29

In verse 27 The Lord says : But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.”

You see Peter took his eyes off Jesus and began to view the situation / storm around him and than Fear entered in and he began to sink in that moment  he Cried....Lord Save Me....  THAN Jesus reached out his hand and pulled him up.

No matter what your storm is today "BE OF GOOD CHEER" Let the Joy of The Lord be your strength!  - Pete G #RunWithRevival #RadioAirJesus

The (see) Sea of Revelation

Today in a vision from Holy Spirit I saw a vast open sea of water with large waves flowing consistently one after another. Each wave had a name on it but the names weren't revealed until the crest peaked right before the wave would break.

The first wave was called "Restored Vision" The Second wave was "New Vision" The Lord began to reveal to me that this was the "Sea (See) of Revelation" and the groaning and rumbling of the earth has caused a spiritual stirring in the ocean of revelation and that the WAVES of Vision are flowing and waves of Lost Vision were being restored in preparation for the tsunami of His presence that is about to hit our land.

19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;
21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. 23 Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. Tis The Season of Splendor

Tis The Season of Splendor

One day as I was driving down the highway I saw an electronic billboard with these very words “Tis The Season of Splendor”. When I read this I immediately began to feel an abundance of Joy in my heart. There is a  surface Joy at times in our lives which brings a temporary happiness, but the Joy I experienced was deep in my heart.  I was suddenly overwhelmed with both Joy and Peace and began to pray and ask God why the words on the billboard were having this effect on me.  He began to tell me about His splendor. It comes at a time you least expect it and will catch you off guard.  His splendor is so overwhelming that it becomes physically difficult to breathe it all in at once. Its kind of like when I was a kid riding in the back of a pick-up truck with my face in the wind.  The power of the wind against my face was almost suffocating – but at the same time I felt so free.  His splendor will literally take our breath away!

We are entering the year 2016 in the Splendor of the Lord!
Splendor: Great Brightness or luster; magnificence

Vision:
I had a vision a few weeks ago of a great Light coming through cities.  The Light was so intense it appeared to be roaming through the streets of the cities and touching people that were in the darkest stages of their life. I saw people stepping out of drug addiction, prostitution and deep loneliness. As the Light came through, people suddenly were able to see things more clearly and they experienced life where death had tried to dwell. People who had been lost for years were overwhelmed with intense love from the Father.  As the people began to see themselves they marveled and wondered how they even got there.

There are absolutely no limitations to what the splendor of God can do!
I like the way Smith Wigglesworth talks about this in one of his messages:
As soon as Paul saw the light from Heaven above the brightness of the sun, he said, “Lord, What do you want me to do?” (Acts 9:6) And as soon as he was ready to yield, he was in a condition where God could meet his need, where God could have the man.

Yieldedness is the Key this season!!!
The Kings and priests are arising to take their position.
His blood purifies everything with great power.  The world illuminates our darkness but God illuminates our beauty!

Warriors – raise your cup tonight! ‘Tis the season of splendor!

Happy New Year!

Isaiah 62:3
You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
